Requirements
and Steps to use Credit Card Payment Solutions

Read
the CREDIT CARD PAYMENT SOLUTIONS End User Agreement and
the CREDIT CARD PAYMENT SOLUTIONS End User Agreement Addendum
(contact us for a copy). Sign if you agree to the terms
and conditions stated therein.

Register
as a Vendor (Seller)
During registration, check the “Accept Credit/Debit
Card Payments” box and fill-in the following required
information:
a. Depository bank account name and number.
For Philippine Vendors, we accept PNB, BPI, or Union Bank.
For faster remittance we prefer a PNB bank account. At this
time we only accept Peso bank accounts.
b. If you have your own website and you want to connect to CREDIT CARD PAYMENT SOLUTIONS
on-line payment/web payment option, fill-in the Website
name (URL) field.

Send
the following required documents:
a. For Corporations, send Articles of Incorporation
and List of Officers or Partnership Agreement. For Partnerships,
send Partnership Agreement.
b. Copy of Business License
c. Copy of Applicant’s Driver’s
License or Passport
d. Copy of three (3) months bank statement.
e. Signed copy of the CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
SOLUTIONS End User Agreement and the CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
SOLUTIONS End User Agreement Addendum.
- One-Time
Setup Fee: P2,500 only.

Review
and approval - Once you have completed all of the above,
you could be approved immediately. Once approved you will
be able to use any or all of CREDIT CARD PAYMENT SOLUTIONS
Payment Solutions and other merchant tools and services
simply by logging into your CREDIT CARD PAYMENT SOLUTIONS
Vendor account.
